A friend recommended your podcast so I listened today. I have to say that the content is great. It’s hard for me to listen, though because of the filthy language. I can’t listen with the grandkids around. I’m not a prude. It just says to me that your vocabulary is poor and you don’t care enough to clean up what you put out there. Sorry but you lost me as a regular listener.
It is truly disappointing to get a comment like this. The foundation of living the life you choose on your terms is supporting other people’s right to live how they choose. I would have expected an email requesting that I put a language alert in next time I have guests who use this sort of language so that you would know to skip the podcast rather than a public temper tantrum. This sort of behavior is part of why we have such a divided culture – because people approach touchy subjects with judgement and complaints rather than simply to ignore things they do not like, or to interact person to person.
