Episode 173: What to Do When Your Time Isn’t Yours

Today, we have an important topic for many of us – what to do when your time is not yours. The expectations or agreements you have made put you in a position where you do not want to be. I know I feel choked whenever I end up in this position. Like I literally cannot breathe. So I thought it would be a good time to walk through ways to bear it, and ways to avoid it.
