  • Week One: Germination and root development
  • Week Two: Prepare for Kratky Air Gap
  • Week Three: Transplant to Grow Bin (Start New Seeds)
  • Week Four: First Harvest
  • Week Five: Second Harvest
  • Week Six: Final Harvest

    Have you looked into fermented potatoes? I just saw this and have been trying to find nutrition info on fermented potatoes, yeah no luck yet. But the fermentation process consumes carbs/sugar, so they should be lower in carbs.
